Read and make sure your understand these rules. Failure to comply with ANY rule will be grounds for immediate cancellation of hunt without refund.
1. No pistols allowed outside your truck. We're proud of the Texas concealed carry permit, but our insurance won't allow anyone except ranch staff to carry a sidearm.

No spot and stalk or still hunting. Stay in your blind.
3. Do not enter someone else's hunting area for any reason during prime hunting time.
4. All hunters must have a valid Texas hunting license.
5. All Texas Parks and Wildlife regulations and bag limits will be strictly enforced.
6. All animals except hogs must be hunted according to TP&W shooting hours.
7. All hunters and their guest will be required to sign a release of liability.
8. Alcohol in camp area only.
9. No smoking in ANY ranch house. (Please use extreme caution when smoking)
10. Remove all trash from your hunting area and return it to the camp area.
11. Remove all flagging, ribbons, tape etc. from your hunting area.
12. Report all killed or wounded animals to ranch management as soon as practical
13. Maximum speed limit 15 mph on all ranch roads
14. No unnecessary driving on ranch roads at night
15. No driving during prime hunting time. (30 minutes before light to 2 1/2 hours after light and 2 1/2 hours before dark until dark) If you oversleep, don't even think of going to your blind and ruining someone else's hunt by driving in front of them.
16. Do not start or drive any ranch trucks or equipment. (Including 4 wheelers)
17. If you open a gate...close it.
18. Field dressing animals is permitted either in the field or at the cooler.
19. All Deer and Turkey must be entered into the logbook before game is placed in cold storage.
20. If hunting exotics during the day and you intend to hunt hogs at night, you must have permission prior to hunting hogs at night and any exotics killed must be checked in prior to the night hog hunt.
21. Calling turkeys permitted only during spring gobbler season.
22. Fallow deer must be palmated.
23. Sika deer must have at least six points.
24. No spike whitetail. (No exceptions)
25. Whitetail must be mature.
26. Axis must be at least 6 points
27. Animals may be taken in velvet if antlers are developed enough to mount.
28. Shooting any prohibited animal will result in the charge of a replacement fee. (Fee will be based on current market value.)
29. Do not climb windmills.
30. Do not remove chairs from blinds.
31. No spotlights except hogs in a fixed position.
Any violation of these rules will result in my hunt being terminated immediately without refund of any portion of my hunt fee.
